Is 3 Months Enough?
Yes — if you're focused and strategic. Many students who score 300+ on JAMB prepared for 3 months or less. The key is consistency and the right resources.
Month 1: Foundation Building
Weeks 1–2: Audit your weak areas
Do a practice JAMB paper from 2022 or 2023 under timed conditions. Score yourself honestly. This tells you exactly where to focus your energy.
Weeks 3–4: Cover core topics
- Mathematics: Numbers, Algebra, Geometry basics
- Physics: Mechanics, Waves basics
- Chemistry: Atomic structure, Periodic table, Bonding
- English: Comprehension strategies, Vocabulary building
Month 2: Depth and Practice
Weeks 5–6: Advanced topics
- Mathematics: Calculus, Trigonometry, Statistics
- Physics: Electricity, Magnetism, Modern physics
- Chemistry: Organic chemistry, Electrochemistry
- English: Essay writing, Summary writing
Weeks 7–8: Past questions, past questions, past questions
Do at least 5 years of past questions for every subject. Time yourself. Review every wrong answer carefully.
Month 3: Intensive Revision
Weeks 9–10: Identify the topics where you're still losing marks. Go back and re-learn them using our free resources and YouTube tutorials.
Weeks 11–12: Full mock exams under real JAMB conditions (2 hours, CBT interface, timed). Rest well. Stop cramming new material one week before the exam.
